1. About the Service

My Dog Journal 365 is a dog companion app that allows users to track their dog's health, training, walks, journal entries and more. The service is available via our website at www.mydogjournal365.com and as a Progressive Web App (PWA).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use My Dog Journal 365. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

4. Free and Premium Plans

My Dog Journal 365 offers a free tier and a Premium subscription at £4.99/month. The free tier includes core features with certain limitations. Premium unlocks the full experience with no limits. We reserve the right to adjust what is included in each tier, with reasonable notice provided to existing users.

5. Kickstarter Backer Tiers

Kickstarter backer rewards are as described on our Early Backers page at the time of backing. All rewards are subject to the app being successfully built and launched. We will fulfil all backer rewards in good faith. Lifetime Premium tiers grant access for the lifetime of the My Dog Journal 365 service.

6. Payments and Cancellations

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time and will retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute access to the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

8. Your Data

Your dog's data belongs to you. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding associated with My Dog Journal 365 is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

My Dog Journal 365 is a personal tracking tool and does not provide veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified vet for any health concerns about your dog. We are not liable for decisions made based on information recorded in the app.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Dog Journal 365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
